Hot Flow integrates breath with movement and builds strength and flexibility. Sequences include sun salutations, both standing and seated postures and may even include introductions to arm balances and inversions. Flow is not a set series, allowing instructors the freedom to play with alignment and movement.
We will finish the class with a sweet blend of slow, deliberate and meditative postures that are held for extended periods of time to encourage deep tissue release and deep relaxation, helping to bring balance into your life and practice.
