All levels are welcome! This is a slower-paced,
stretching-focused class that will help you to build body
awareness, strength and flexibility. Hatha yoga is a perfect
compliment to more active exercises (running, walking, cycling) as
it deeply stretches and increases joint mobility. Postures to help
support the spine and abdominals (core) will also be
introduced.
Each class ends with a relaxation posture to help calm the
mind.
