This gentle style of yoga teaches students to breathe deeply
and stretch safely. It will increase flexibility, strength and
stamina. In the first half of the class, we move into slow, yet
flowing asana sequences. The second half explores a series of deep,
passive postures designed to release muscle tightness.
“Listen to your body” is the mantra of this class!
This class is recommended for all levels, especially beginners. Prenatal students are also welcome.
