This Conditioning Drills class is designed for existing students who are looking for an extra challenge to supplement their yoga practice. This is not a yoga class, it's set of exercises focusing on more intensive movement that opens up the hips and back, and targeting specific muscle groups that will strength your Yoga class.
Special Instructions
Please have two yoga blocks and a peanut (2 balls taped together) prepared for this class as we use props.
