This class will move students through a yoga experience that
includes longer holds and stretches, as well as faster-paced flows
that follow the movement of the breath. Students of all levels will
be given options to find the version of each posture that works
best for their bodies. They will have some freedom to move on their
own through the warm-ups, but will be guided throughout the
majority of a class. Please bring a padded yoga mat to class!
