Spartan Obstacle Course Training - Elite
 
This session is for experienced Spartan Athletes. Training will be structured in an advanced way to challenge all Spartan Race athletes who have completed a minimum of one SPRINT, SUPER & BEAST race.
 
This workout is not for new Spartan Athletes just starting their journey.
 
The session averages 2 hours. Every Session is leading up to RACE DAY. You will learn how to go face to face with some of the most challenging obstacles in a Spartan Race. Train specifically for obstacle course racing and learn what it will take to get past the mental challenge in each race.
 
Be prepared to face some of the hardest physical demands you have ever experienced.
