Gentle yoga is a restorative yoga
that is a gentle, calming, therapeutic kind of yoga that uses props
to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance. All
levels welcome including students working with injury, or
sensitivity.
Gentle yoga, stretch and flow, awaken your body and calm your
nervous system while gently strengthening and stretching. -great
for beginners or experience yogis. This class always ends with
Savasana or meditation.
This class starts with a modified vinyasa flow of Sun salutations and postures and ends with restorative yoga. We use breath and combine gentle, meditative movements.
