<p>A gently-paced vinyasa-based class. A softer version of an intense vinyasa practice, this class begins with tuning into the breath and a gentle warming up of the muscles and joints. We grow stronger into the breath/movement connection, transitioning to moderate sun salutations with a balance of standing and seated postures. A core strengthening segment and meditative savasana are also included, helping you to find a beautiful balance between effort and ease. All levels.</p>
