<p>The path to Bliss has been well defined by many masters before us - open the the body (let go), focus and relax the mind (let go further) and allow your Self to fully connect to Spirit (surrender). We start with an Asana class (60min) designed to increase energy flow, open the body and focus the mind on the body and the breath. Once the body has let go, and the mind begins to quite, we focus fully on the breath with an short integrative breathwork session. This breathwork clears integrated energies in the body, clearing subconscious holdings or patterns. Advanced poses will be offered in this class, but modifications are always provided to accommodate all levels.</p>
