This is a very gentle-paced, Latin-inspired class that can be done seated or standing (This is also a wheelchair-friendly class) It's a very low-impact class, specifically tailored for older adults, anyone recovering from an injury/surgery, those with physical or mental limitations and those with learning difficulties.
As well as being a good giggle and a great way to meet new people, it gives you tons of health benefits too. All done at your own pace.
