Introduction to Pole Dance/Fitness- If you haven’t tried Pole
Fitness drop into a beginners class! No experience necessary. This
sexy powerful workout is invigorating! Our Introduction to pole
Fitness gives you a taste of what to expect inside of the Kandy
& Krome Room!
In this beginner pole Fitness class you'll learn fundamental
moves of sexy dance, beginner pole spins and by the end of class
you'll learn a mini choreographed routine leaving you wanting
more!
You can take this class as many times as you like, before
advancing to level 1
Duration: 1 hour Dress Code: Yoga pants, leggings, or shorts.
Preferable Tank or Tee shirt but no shoes. Avoid lotion & body
oils before class! Be prepared to have lots of fun!
