A fitness based, dynamic Pilates class using the reformers to achieve a full body workout in 45 minutes. Different from our standard reformer Pilates classes, this reformer class is a faster-paced, higher intensity class using the addition of jump boards to add an element of cardio and strength training. Don't worry, you can always rest if you need!
Our class sizes are kept small with a maximum of 8 participants ensuring you are completing exercises safely and get appropriate feedback on your form.
Please note if you have a current injury or condition this class is not suitable for you and you would benefit instead from our clinical exercise classes. This class is not suitable for beginners.
