<p> A fitness based, dynamic Pilates class using the reformers to achieve a full body workout in 45 minutes. Different from our standard reformer Pilates classes, this reformer class is a faster-paced, higher intensity class using the addition of jump boards to add an element of cardio and strength training. Don't worry, you can always rest if you need!</p>
<p>Our class sizes are kept small with a maximum of 8 participants ensuring you are completing exercises safely and get appropriate feedback on your form.</p>
<p>Please note if you have a current injury or condition this class is not suitable for you and you would benefit instead from our Clinical Exercise classes. </p>
