Flow & unwind is practiced in the hot, reduced heat &
regular temperature rooms. The schedule will say which room this
class is practiced in.
Flow & Unwind is a combination of a dynamic and muscular (yang) style of yoga that emphasizes internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles combined with a yin/restorative style of practice that targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.
Recommended for those who want a little bit of movement and gentle flow and also wants some nice slow deep stretching for mind & body.
Contraindications: high blood pressure, pregnancy (in the hot room)
