Restorative, Guided Meditation, and Essential Oils
Restorative Bliss: Allow yourself to release into a state of deep relaxation. This practice begins with a seated flow- simple, fluid, gentle movements that allow the body to be eased into a state of serenity. You will then melt into a nourishing restorative floor practice supported by bolsters, blankets, calming music, and essential oils.
Expect to be pampered with kind, calming hands-on assists to create comfort and nourishing support. Each class will conclude with an extended guided meditation, all to help the body completely let go for a rejuvenating Savasna.
Guided meditations are an excellent way to reduce stress, anxiety and help detach the mind from any troubling thoughts.
