An inviting accessible Hatha Yoga practice based upon the Kripalu School of Yoga principles of self-observation with compassion, while placing equal emphasis on breathing (pranayama), poses (asana) and quieting the mind (dhyana).
Practitioners are encouraged to modify poses and use props as desired in order to build a personal inner practice based upon awareness of bodily sensations. This inner journey offers exploration of deeper sensitivity, compassion and kindness for oneself. All levels are welcome.
