Advanced Metabolic Physiology Class is a real go getter class!
The goal is to get you up and moving as hard and as fast as you can
for 30 minutes. The class is designed to be high intensity for a
shorter period of time to help you achieve your goals of fat
burning and weight loss. Traditional cardio, strength training,
balance and stretching will be incorporated in the class like boot
camp, only condensed for a high speed high intensity workout.
