Inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates, this class will work your entire body from your arms to your calves with a heavy focus on your gams! We will walk through proper alignment and muscle engagement to maximize this amazing full body workout! All sizes, shapes, fitness levels are welcome!!
This class will be done outdoors in the parking lot behind the studio. This class is weather permitting and has will have minimum of 3 students for class to continue and a maximum of 6 students. Masks may be worn and social distance practices will be in place.
