Taijiquan (Tai Chi) is a Chinese martial art practiced for both defense training and its health benefits by understanding the relationship between Yin (feminine element) and Yang (masculine element) energy and moving within that balance by training in this form. These classes open with Qigong (movement, breath, meditation for health and wellness) warm-ups; followed by learning the Tai Chi Yang Long Form as taught by Master Alex Dong.
Classes are limited to 7 people. Register to reserve your spot!
Our large studio allows for social distancing and has doors that open to outside for proper ventilation and fresh air. We maintain high levels of regular sanitization, always.
Bring your own mat and props. Don't have any? We have some for sale.
Masks required in common areas and optional in class and private sessions.
