Join studio friend, client and yoga instructor, Jonathon Lee for Kundalini Yoga!
Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive practice that incorporates the 8 Limbs of yoga. This class will focus on Asana (physical practice), Pranayam (breathing exercises) and Dhyana (meditation). A rigorous journey through postures, intense & gentle breathing exercises is set to complementary and fun playlist. The class is closed with a cleansing gong sound bath.
A truly traditional chai is served after class.
Jonathon Lee completed his Teacher's Training at Golden Bridge Yoga, Hollywood in the Tradition of Yogi Bhajan under Tej Kaur Khalsa.
This class is beginner friendly and there are no levels in Kundalini Yoga. Jonathon has led classes with folks from 6 years old to 86 years young, and he will modify for each individual’s availability that day.
