<p>Deep STRETCH is a series of classes that rotate weekly to aid or assist in gaining higher levels of flexibility that are specific to certain pole tricks and the body positions that are required to execute those tricks.</p>
<p>The <strong>Bendy Body</strong> class will focus on gaining more flexibility in the legs, shoulders, back and neck. This class is designed to enhance pole tricks where a full split and backbend are required together. Examples of pole skills that require such flexibility are: <strong>Allegra, Bird of Paradise, Rainbow Marchenko, Eagle etc.</strong></p>
<p><strong>What To Bring & Wear:</strong> Yoga mat, yoga and or loose fitted workout clothing</p>
