<p class="p1">For those brand new to aerial or simply needing a slower moving aerial class, our basics class is a perfect option. While the class pace is slower and poses are simpler this class will still be challenging and offer all the same benefits of strengthening, stretching and inversions as from our other aerial classes. If you have any specific issues or injuries you are managing through, please let the instructor know at the start of class.</p>
<p class="p1">Please note, this class is 60 minutes.</p>
<div>Sign up at least 2 hours prior to class. Classes with no reserved spaces will be cancelled.</div>

<div>Mat yoga and meditation class packs cannot be used for aerial yoga. Only unlimited memberships or aerial yoga class packs can be applied.</div>

<div>Please be sure to:<br />
<ul>
<li>Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to allow time to adjust hammock height to appropriate level.</li>
<li>Remove ALL jewelry to avoid getting caught in fabric.</li>
<li>Wear form fitting clothing that covers armpits and backs of knees to avoid skin chafe and sweat touching the hammock.</li>
<li>Avoid wearing perfume or lotions.</li>

If you need to cancel, we require 24 hour notice to avoid being charged for the missed class.</div>
