<p>Come enjoy your dessert first with Restorative Yoga.</p>
<p>Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body in active relaxation postures. Completely let go of worry, tension, and stress; allow your body and mind to find calmness and comfort in these supported, opening postures. You will leave feeling completely renewed and totally relaxed!</p>
<p>Restorative Yoga helps boost the immune system by helping the brain shift into it's relaxation response and is terrific for anyone living with stress (who isn't?) chronic fatigue, autoimmune disorders, pain, anxiety, etc...</p>
<p>Yogis interested will be provided Reiki throughout the class-leaving you with an even greater sense of peace and calm.</p>
<p>This workshop is intentionally kept to a small number, so please register early. </p>
