Class begins with a vibrant Yang practice. Dynamic flows
and movement with breath to warm and transform the
body!
The class then transitions into Yin for approximately the last
third of the time. Slower, longer held poses to calm and settle the
body and mind. Deep stretches to access those parts of the body
that are now ready to be worked into deeply.
Room Temp: Heated class (40C) with
the temperature cooling into the Yin portion.
