<p>Attendees will learn a varitety of meditation techniques that they can apply to every day life. We do not sit the entire time but stretch our legs out every 15 to 20 minutes; or whenever needed. Opportunities to ask questions happen at each interval. This class is more about the "how" and "why" of meditation than it is a short practice time. We fill its more important that participants learn to take what they learn in each session out into their daily life. This is when meditation can make a big diferrence in ones life as well as everyone around them. </p>
