In this class, you will be led through pranayama (breathing exercises) to awaken vital energy, followed by a chakra-balancing asana practice and guided chakra meditation. Derived from the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel”, variations on the chakra system are found in many Eastern traditions. By consciously activating and directing prana (life-force energy) within these centers, the chakras become a powerful tool for synthesizing body, mind and spirit.</p>
