Pilates/Yoga Fusion
The first half of this class is Pilates and Pilates infused
movement, focusing on engaging the core, while emphasizing spine/
pelvic alignment and breath . This body conditioning system helps
build flexibility and long lean muscles, strength and endurance in
the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. The second half of the
class is a Yoga Flow , connecting one pose to the next with breath,
ending the class in savasana.
