<p>Because it's just fun to see what your body can do! In this workshop we'll experiment with different ways to build strength and stability for inversions and arm balances. We'll talk about using props as a way to build your confidence, as well as how to safely assist others when going upside down. This workshop is suitable for all levels, but participants should be comfortable putting weight into their wrists and going upside down.</p>

<p>- Skills & drills for strength</p>
<p>- The importance of the breath</p>
<p>- Forearm stand & handstand</p>
<p>- 6 different arm balances</p>
<p><strong>Laura Dyet</strong> is a travelling yoga teacher and inversion-lover. She is a firm believer in the importance of functional movement, and thinks getting upside down can be an invigorating way to build strength and nurture our inner playfulness!</p>
