<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Come learn simple and easy stretches, chosen specifically for you to be able to do at home and on your own, with the support of props. In this workshop we will work from the ground up - opening up the feet, legs and hips, stretching the torso in all directions, and ending with some gentle shoulder and neck work. </span></p>
<p>Photos and descriptions of the stretches we learn in class with be given in a handout format for notes during class and for reference at home.</p>
