This class focuses on fundamental yoga poses to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications are given to allow everyone to practice at their own personal level. Breath work and meditation combined with the asanas (poses) make this class a rich time of practice.
*New Students please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete appropriate paperwork and/or payments.*
Masks are required for entering the studio and will not be provided. You must bring your own and will not be able to enter without wearing it. Additionally, if you have symptoms of COVID-19 have a positive diagnosis or have known exposure to anyone with a positive diagnosis please stay home. You can always register for the zoom version of this class and join us from home.
