Yoga 101 provides an opportunity for you to personalize your
yoga practice. This class will emphasize alignment and explore
variations of each posture and focus on breathwork. The many
modifications and variations suggested will give you options to
discover how to get the most out of your time on your mat. This
class is beneficial for those just beginning their yoga practice
and seasoned practitioners alike.
