Aerial Pilates involves practising Pilates exercises in the air by suspending the body, or parts of the body in a fabric hammock. Aerial Pilates helps to increase flexibility and strength, physical awareness, releases tension and offers the opportunity for mindfulness practice.
Low Hammock: If you are new to doing Aerial Pilates we suggest starting with our low hammock. It lets you get acquainted with the hammock and build up your confidence before taking it to our high hammock classes. Like our mat classes all of our Aerial Classes cater from beginner to advanced as we layer the exercises and progressively make them harder.
