We all crave refuge in our lives.
In this workshop we will deepen our understanding of refuge by learning about it on our mat.
Refuge cannot be just understood with the mind, it also must be felt in the body.
Our underlying theme during the three days will be on exploring, embracing, enjoying, and learning to embody our own Sweet Refuge. We will explore this theme by a short discussion in the first session each day, followed by an Active Practice of asana.
The afternoon sessions will consist of Quiet Practice: Restorative poses, pranayama, and meditation.
Thursday 10:30-1pm & 2:15-4:45pm
