Hatha is focused on physical alignment of the
postures along with the breath to encourage strength, health &
well-being. Balance is invited into your body to stimulate the
connection within you for your mind, body, and emotions.
This class will help you to increase your flexibility and
strength for your body, and will also encourage comfort and ease in
your emotions and thoughts. You will notice yourself feeling more
aligned physically, emotionally and mentally to enjoy life with an
inner radiance and vibrancy.
All levels of poses will be offered with a focus on safety and
inclusion of everyone. Whether you are a novice or more experienced
with Yoga, you will leave this class feeling the inherent balance
of being both recharged and relaxed.
