<div>This beginner level class is for anyone new to Pilates and those who have been away for awhile and would like a refresher. You will learn the fundamentals of authentic Pilates, focusing on strengthening and stretching core muscles, and the key principles of precision, breath, flow, centering, concentration and control. You'll leave feeling stronger, leaner and energized! Participants who complete all 4 weeks will be able to move to the Intermediate or Mixed Level classes.</div>
