<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Make the most of your Summer with Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, and Yoga Instructor, Alicia Cross with 5-week Semi-Private Strength Training at the Metta Center. As you increase your strength, you’ll help your bones and your waistline: Strength training increases bone density and resting metabolism! The weekly workouts include a full-body routine using the TRX, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and more. Modifications and progressions will be given for all levels to meet you where you’re at and to keep you progressing.</span></p>

Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and a mat if you have one. All other equipment will be provided. This semi-private session is limited to 6 people for a more personal approach, so sign up today to get started or to get serious about your fitness journey!</span></p>
