Deep STRETCH is a series of classes that rotate weekly to aid or assist in gaining higher levels of flexibility that are specific to certain pole tricks and the body positions that are required to execute those tricks.
The Bendy Back and Shoulders class is will focus on gaining more flexibility in the shoulders, chest, arms and upper back. This class is designed to enhance tricks such as: Bridges, Cocoon, Fang, Satellite etc.
