This class blends gently-paced poses and sequenced flows with breath work and guided meditation to reduce stress and help balance the mind and body. You will not only learn how to use different parts of your body to build strength and flexibility, but also how to use breath and movement to release stress and build mental clarity. You will be guided through sequences with mindful transitions, challenged to work to your highest and have the space to take variations. Beginner friendly -Mixed levels</p>
