We have the perfect classes for you ! NO experience required .
A Certified SUP & Yoga teacher will guide through all aspects of Stand Up Paddle Boarding and a beginners SUP Yoga class. This includes instructions on how to paddle efficiently, how to get on a SUP board safely and how to practice yoga on the SUP board.
P.S. you don’t even have to ever stand up in a class.
