<p>July Mini Session. Mama Moves is a special class for new moms and their little ones. Pregnant moms-to-be are welcome, too! Similar to a regular dance class, but you will be carrying your baby! The focus will be on toning and strengthening core muscles and obtaining good posture, through gentle exercises and soft music. It's a great time to bond! You child should be at least 6 to 8 weeks old and beginning to support their own head, and you should be cleared for exercise. Most any kind of carrier will do, but avoid sling style carriers that restrict arm movement. All abilities welcome--this is class that focuses on the basics. Wear comfortable clothing such as yoga pants or leggings. You can dance barefoot or wear ballet slippers or non-slip socks. No black rubber soled shoes are allowed. This course requires pre-registration.</p>
