SUP Yoga for Mama's!
Join Jessica on the water to reconnect with your soul. Enjoy
the soothing sounds of nature during a 75min gentle yoga practice
on Christie Lake. After we hit the water, we will enjoy some well
deserved afternoon snacks (included - advise Jessica of your
dietary restrictions) and social time.
No experience is necessary! Safety and paddle lesson are
included.
