Or are you really just interested in a really good nap? Join us for an hour of stretching, breathing and relaxing while using the hammock. This class was created to rest and recalibrate both the body and mind, creating a space to meditate or sleep.
Please come 10 minutes early to find a fabric that fits your body & bring a t-shirt to wear. No jewelry please!
