<p>As we start to get farther off the ground, we’ll kick it up a notch. Learn to shift your balance even more and to hold yourself steady in off-balance poses. Amanda will again guide you through some anatomy, a short practice and drills, and then some arm balances. The poses in this workshop will include poses like Visvamitrasana, flying lizard (eka pada koundinyasana), flying pigeon (eka pada galavasana), one-legged crow (eka pada bakasana), and even some one-armed variations of previous poses. Transitions in and out of the poses will also be discussed, as well as how some of these poses might be linked together. Participants are again expected to have a consistent yoga practice, but not necessarily arm balances and inversions in their regular practice. Attendance of previous workshops or clinics are not necessary.</p>
