You’ll learn functional exercises to strengthen your feet, ankles, legs, and hips to keep you moving safely throughout your day. You’ll also practice fun variations of prop-assisted balance poses such as Dancer with a strap, Half-moon with a chair, and Warrior 3 with the wall so you can be more successful in challenging standing balance poses.</span></p>
