<div>A tabata consists of four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn tons of calories. The CIRCUIT TABATA class is designed to have 8 different stations in the studio. You will be completing high-intensity, rapid movements for 20 seconds at each station, and have 10 seconds to rest/ transition to the next station. We will complete the CIRCUIT TABATA 6 times before cooling down. It's a 30 minute express class, and will get the job done! Dumbbells, kettle bells, BOSUs, TRX, Battle ropes, gliders, and more may be used in this class.</div>
