<div>A tabata consists of four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn tons of calories. This 45 minute express class will begin with one 5 minute dynamic warm-up, take you through 7 tabata rounds, and a 5 minute cool down. If you want to make your workout count, this class is for you. No prior fancy choreography here, just all out grit!</div>
