Carve out a space in your
week to connect your mind, body, and spirit in this growth-oriented
class. This gathering is open to all levels, including those brand
new to yoga, to go deeper in building flexibility, strength, and
balance in a body-honoring way. The structure will combine best
practices of exercise science with the ancient mind/body practice
of yoga. We will follow the flowing vinyasa style that pairs
intentional breath with movement, building on traditional yoga
poses in a way that respects the diversity of every body. Join us
for an hour of both challenge and nourishment as we cultivate a
practice of listening to and cooperating with our bodies for
greater overall health.
