Join us for a special Members event focusing on the benefits and joy of practicing yoga with live music. This practice is designed to ease physical tension and let you reconnect with the enjoyment and well-being of your yoga practice. You will step into a rhythmic flow of mind, body and soul, heighten your senses, and leave feeling revitalized.
We will start with a slow and mindful Vinyasa practice to get your energy flowing, accompanied by vocalist, Olivia Ballard. As we wind down, Kimberley will guide you into deep restorative poses with hands on assists inspired by the practice of Thai Massage. The class will close with a musical, guided meditation.
