Summer is near and it’s almost swimsuit season! It’s time to
tone and sculpt your booty and abs!
While this is a legs/glute and abdominal-based class, we'll
still put emphasis on proper alignment and upper body.
We'll work your total body and you'll leave this class with
your abs and booty feeling tighter. There will be balance and
coordination work included during the class so be ready to get
those muscles burning!
We encourage you to come consistently to see and feel the
benefits of this targeted work. We're also a block away from the
beach so you can enjoy a walk along the beach after class for a
post-workout treat!
This class level will be an Intermediate/Advanced level class. Previous Pilates Reformer experience is required.
