<div>In this class we will be working on the basics of pole, including beginner spins, transitions and pole conditioning. We will start with a technique focused warm up. Learn and review 2 spins, and learn a beginner level pole and floor combo. <br /><br />We will end class with a little bit of time to dance/move through it and then a cool down.</div>

<div>This class is designed for women of all fitness levels, shapes, sizes and ages (18+).</div>

<div>It is best to wear yoga like clothing something easy to move in, leggings or shorts and a tank.</div>

<div>Knee pads and leg warmers are highly recomended to protect your knees and the tops of your feet. </div>
