<div>CardioBoxing workouts employ varied moves including straignt jabs, hooks, uppercuts, cross jabs, low to mid-range kicks, and defensive bob and weave moves intermixed with cardiovascular exercises like mountain climbers, burpees, jumping jacks, and more. The pace is non-stop, intense and fun!<br /><br />Workouts vary per instructor and change frequently so your body will always be asked to adapt eliminating plateaus.</div>

<div>Workouts can utilize sets of boxing gloves, punching mitts, heavy bags and other portable equipment (all provided).</div>
